Platinum Hospitality, founded in 2007, was established by passionate and committed service-orientated individuals who identified a need for a more focused, caring approach to the outsourcing of cleaning functions in the hospitality sector. This vision led Platinum Hospitality to specialise in the provision of housekeeping and facilities management of five-star hotels.

Marc Cheminais
CEO
Marc was the founding member and CEO of Federal Guarding Security Services. In 2002 the company merged with Callguard Security to form Group 4 Falck the largest security group in South Africa, with Marc still holding the position of CEO until 2002. Once the merger had been completed Marc left the company venturing into other businesses and with his twin brother Shane founded Platinum Hospitality in 2007. Marc currently heads Platinum Hospitality as Managing Director.
Shane Cheminais
Business Development Director
Shane was the National Sales and Marketing Director for Federal Security Services from 1994 to 2002, after the merger with Callguard Security Shane became the national Sales and Marketing Director for Group 4 Falck. Shane has a passion for service and in particular Hotels . He has more than 25 years’ experience in the security and cleaning industries. After leaving Group 4 Falck, Shane joined his brother Marc to start Platinum Hospitality as Business Development Director.
